Shipping & Delivery Policy

Every jar is glass, so we pack carefully and deliver throughout the GTA. Here is what to expect.
Where we ship
We deliver only within the Greater Toronto Area from Richmond Hill, Ontario. Orders outside the GTA cannot be accepted at this time.
Processing time
Orders are packed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery estimates
- Greater Toronto Area: 1-3 business days after your order is prepared.
- Delivery is available within the GTA only.
Estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays, weather and peak seasons can add time.
Shipping costs and taxes
GTA delivery costs $12. Orders over $60 receive free delivery. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking number when your parcel ships.
Packaging and glass
Jars are individually wrapped and cushioned. If a jar still arrives broken or leaking, send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace or refund it — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Addresses and failed deliveries
Please double-check your shipping address. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or nobody could accept it, we will refund the products but not the original shipping cost, and re-delivery will be charged again.
Storage on arrival
Unopened jars are shelf-stable and should be kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening and consume by the date on the label.
